Follow these steps to enable parental control (also called as restricted mode) in youtube.
1. Open youtube in a web browser
2. Login to your account, if you are not logged in already.
3. Click on an icon on top right with either your profile picture or a letter. This will open a menu.
4. Look for the "Restricted mode" setting at the very bottom of the menu. Select and toggle the setting to "On".
